GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SITE-WIDE SPECIAL DISCOUNTS. IN THOSE CASES, WHEN THE CART DEDUCTS A PERCENT OFF THE TOTAL, THE GIFT CERTIFICATES WILL BE MANUALLY READJUSTED TO THE FULL PRICE BEFORE PROCESSING.

Ceramics gift certificates may be mailed to the purchaser or recipient- or emailed to the recipient if it is needed quickly. Unless specified immediately during checkout, the certificate is mailed to the buyer. To mail the gift certificate directly to the recipient, simply put their name and address in the shipping section during checkout.

Please note these policies- The gift certificate is considered redeemed after one use, it can be applied to a higher total and the difference paid at checkout (credit cards only), it is redeemable for Ceramic Emporium merchandise and has no cash value, and is void six months after the purchase date.

There are no refunds or exchanges on gift certificates, all sales are final. Please note only one certificate may be used per shipment. (Contact us if you have several children or members of a household who each have a certificate and are shopping at the same time. The cart will only accept one certificate but we'll manually process it for you. It's fun when siblings shop together!)
